We’re based at 117 Golden Park in Mahesh Nagar. Our business is all about water. We deal with filters, pumps, and all the stuff that makes sure the water in houses around here is clean. It’s a small operation. Most of the time, the van is out on calls, and there’s just one or two of us back at the shop. The shelves are full of plastic pipes, filters, and little toolkits. It can get a bit cluttered. We started this because we saw a lot of people having trouble with their water supply. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s just a ground-floor space in the park area. We spend a lot of our time under sinks or looking at tanks on rooftops. It’s wet work and can be a bit cold in the winter. We just talk to our customers like neighbors because most of them are. If a pump breaks at night, someone usually gives us a call on our personal phones. We don't have fancy sales pitches. We just show people what’s wrong with their system and fix it. Sometimes we run out of a certain part and have to wait for the courier, but we try to keep the basics in stock. It’s just a normal local service we provide to the folks in Mahesh Nagar. We stay busy enough to keep the lights on.
