Gondwana Ayurveda & Herbal

You can find us at 15 Partap Nagar, over in the Mahesh Nagar area. We call ourselves Gondwana Ayurveda & Herbal. The shop is full of the smell of dried leaves, roots, and different kinds of oils. It’s a scent that sticks to your clothes after you’ve been here a while. We have rows of glass jars filled with all sorts of natural stuff. Most of it comes from plants. We spend a lot of time weighing things out on old scales and putting them into small paper packets. It’s a slow process, but we don’t like to rush. People come in with all kinds of questions about herbs and traditional ways of doing things. We just tell them what we know from years of being around these materials. Mahesh Nagar is a busy part of town, but inside our shop, it feels a bit more quiet and old-fashioned. We don’t have bright neon signs or anything like that. Just a simple board outside with our name on it. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just sorting through a new batch of herbs to make sure they’re okay. It’s dusty work, and our hands are often stained from the plants. We’ve been here in Partap Nagar for a long time, and we like the steady pace. It’s not about being the biggest shop; it’s just about having the right herbs when someone needs them.
