Lab Soul

Lab Soul is located over at No. 20/B, Old Tribune Colony. It's a relatively quiet area compared to the main roads. We started this because we wanted a place where we could focus on lab supplies without all the extra noise. The building is simple. We have shelves filled with different containers, tubes, and instruments. Most of our day is spent checking inventory and making sure everything is clean. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes around and answering the phone when people call to ask if we have a specific part in stock. We don't have a big marketing department or a shiny brochure. We just have our names and this address. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding us in the colony, so we often have to go out to the corner to wave them down. It’s a small operation. We know all the regular customers who come by. They usually just need something specific for their labs. We don't try to sell them things they don't need. If we have it, we tell them. If we don't, we try to figure out when we can get it. The work is steady. We like being in Old Tribune Colony because it feels more like a community than a business park. We stay open until the orders are sorted, then we head home like everyone else in the neighborhood when the day is done and the streetlights come on.
