K.R.Anand Contractors

We are K.R.Anand Contractors, based out of Patiala. Our main office is just a house, H/No-113, over in Guru Nanak Nagar. It’s pretty close to Badungar, so people find us easily enough. Being contractors, we spend more time out at sites than sitting behind a desk. The office is where we keep the paperwork and meet up to plan out the next job. It’s a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic nearby, but we like it here. Patiala is a good place to work. We’ve been handling different projects around the area for some time. There’s always a lot of dust and boots everywhere, which is typical for this kind of work. We don't have a big corporate building or a reception desk. It’s just us working out of the house in Guru Nanak Nagar. If we aren't there, we're probably hauling materials or checking on a foundation somewhere else. Things can get hectic, especially when weather hits or supplies are late. We just take it one day at a time. It’s honest work and we’ve gotten to know the neighborhood well. You might see our trucks moving around the city. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Just some local guys doing contracting work from our base at number 113. It works for us. We've been at this for years and know most of the local suppliers by their first names.
