Kashmir Surgical Works

Our place is at No-1888 B/10 in Baldev Nagar, right off the Chandigarh Road. Kashmir Surgical Works has been around this area for a good number of years. It’s a practical workspace, mostly filled with metal tools, boxes, and the smell of industrial cleaning supplies. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights. Instead, we have workbenches and shelves where we keep all the surgical instruments organized. The road outside is usually busy with trucks and vans, and we spend a lot of our day loading and unloading supplies for the local hospitals and clinics. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty, but it’s what we do. The office part is just a small desk in the corner where we keep the invoices and the phone. Sometimes the noise from the nearby shops is a bit much, but you stop noticing it after a while. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound like a multinational company. We are just a local operation making sure the doctors and medical centers get the equipment they need without a lot of fuss. We have a few staff members who have been with us for a long time, and they know the inventory better than anyone. We just focus on the orders and making sure the instruments are handled correctly before they go out the door. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way.
