You can find us over at Plot No. 166 in Sector 2, Phase 1 of the HSIIDC in Saha. It’s a bit of a commute out here for some of us, but it’s a good, solid location for the kind of work we do. The area is still growing quite a bit, so there is often some new construction going on nearby which adds to the general noise and dust of the day. Our building is a simple concrete structure with a flat roof, nothing that would ever win an award for design. Inside, it’s mostly just a large, open space where the machines are set up in rows. We’ve got a small, dedicated crew of people who have been with us for years, so we don’t have to do a lot of formal managing. Everyone just knows what their role is and gets right to it when they clock in. We don’t really go in for big meetings or fancy presentations. If something needs to be discussed, we usually just talk it over while having a cup of tea near the loading bay. The floor is usually very busy from early morning until the late afternoon. Sometimes we have to stay back late to finish off a specific batch, and those are the nights we usually just order some local food and keep working until the job is done. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the state; we just want to do our work.
