Hpcl Drive Track Plus

This is our spot in Ambala Cantt. We work with the HPCL Drive Track Plus system here. It’s mostly about helping drivers and fleet owners manage their fuel stuff. We spend a lot of time at the desk looking over paperwork and helping people get their cards sorted out. Ambala Cantt is a busy place with all the military and railway activity, so there are always trucks and cars around. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a functional space where we get the registrations and balance checks done. We see a lot of different people every day, from long-haul drivers to local business owners. Some days the internet is slow and it makes things take longer, which can be a bit frustrating for everyone. We try to just keep things moving as fast as we can. The noise from the road is pretty constant. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know how the system works inside out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the people who are on the road all the time. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the next person to come in. It’s a steady kind of life here in Haryana. We don't have any big signs, but people who need us usually know where to turn off the main road.
