H. L. Scientific Industries

You can find H. L. Scientific Industries on the 1St floor of the Mohan Lal Building. We’re right at No. 175/10, Bank Road, which is directly opposite the Power House. Being across from the power station means everyone knows exactly where we are when we give directions. The building is a bit older, and climbing the stairs to the first floor is our morning workout. The hallway is usually a bit dark until we flip the switches in our unit. We do a lot of technical work here. There are benches lined with tools and various instruments we use daily. It’s not the most spacious place, so we have to be careful not to bump into each other. The windows look out onto Bank Road, so we can see the hustle and bustle throughout the day. It’s noisy, especially with the traffic and the activity near the Power House. We’ve got a lot of spare parts and boxes tucked under the tables. Sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a receptionist; if someone comes to the door, whoever is closest just goes and opens it. We’re just a group of people who know our trade. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just scientific work in an old building. We’ve been here a while and don't plan on moving. That's the long and short of it.
