Gupta Agencies is located at 5341 in Punjabi Mohalla. It’s a tight-knit area and we’ve been part of the neighborhood for a long time. Our space is filled with stacks of goods and ledgers. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If you walked in, you might think it’s a bit disorganized, but we have our own system that works perfectly well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who stop by the counter. The air in Punjabi Mohalla always smells like someone is cooking something good nearby. We usually have our lunch at our desks while we keep working. It’s a modest setup. No glass partitions or shiny floors here. Just sturdy shelves and people who know their business. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the billing or to prep for a morning delivery. We don’t really think of ourselves as a big corporation. We are just a local agency doing our part. The building is old and has its quirks, like the door that sticks in the rainy season, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. It’s home for the business. We keep things moving, one order at a time, and we try to be fair with everyone who comes through. It’s a steady life and we appreciate the people around us every day.
