We are located right on Spatu Road, at number 515/1. If you know the area, you probably know we are directly opposite Mittal Nursing Home. Being across from a hospital means there is always something going on outside. The street is busy with people coming and going, and sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic. Inside our space, we keep things pretty organized because we have to. Dealing with healthcare items means you can’t really afford to lose track of where things are on the shelves. It’s a lot of inventory management and answering the phone. We get a lot of locals dropping in to ask questions or pick things up. The office isn't very big, so we end up bumping into each other quite a bit during the morning rush. We usually have a pile of boxes near the door waiting to be picked up by the courier. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't found the time to do it yet. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we’re like a small family. We share snacks in the afternoon and complain about the heat when the AC struggles. It’s a basic setup, but it works for what we do every day. We just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people without making a big fuss about it.
