We've been here in Dayal Bagh for a while now. Ambala Cantt is a busy spot, so we stay pretty active with all the parcels coming through. It's mostly about sorting stuff and making sure things get where they need to go without getting stuck. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we keep track of the boxes. We see all kinds of packages every day. Some are big, some are small. People come in asking about their tracking or wanting to send something to another city. It gets a bit loud when the trucks pull in, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes it's a lot to handle during the busy seasons. Most of the staff has been around here for a few years, so we know the local roads pretty well. It’s a straightforward job, really. We just take the items, scan them, and move them along. There isn't much more to it than that. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual shipping part, which can be annoying. But we get through it. Being located in this part of Ambala makes it easier for locals to find us. We don’t really do big advertisements; people just know where we are. It’s just us working through the daily stack of deliveries. We keep the doors open and just keep at it. It isn't complicated, we just do what needs doing every day.
