Essco India

Essco India is located at 315-D in Mahesh Nagar. It’s a pretty standard street, nothing too flashy. We’ve been running things from this spot for a good while. The building isn't new, and the stairs are a bit steep. Inside, we have our workspace set up. It’s mostly desks, some computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We do a variety of industrial-related work. It’s a lot of talking to clients and trying to figure out what they need for their projects. We aren't a huge team. Usually, there’s only three or four of us in the office at any time. We spend our mornings going through emails and the afternoons on the phone. Sometimes we go out to visit sites, but mostly we are here in Mahesh Nagar. There's a park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk when the weather is nice. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing us from our work over the years. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't use big words or fancy titles. We just try to be helpful. Sometimes we lose a pen or forget where we put a folder, but we get by. It’s a real place with real people. The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound, but we stopped noticing it months ago.
