Dua Tea Centre

The shop is tucked away at Shop No - 5799 on Nicholson Road. If you know Machhi Mohalla, you know it's a crowded part of town. We’ve been running Dua Tea Centre from here for a good while now. It isn't a large operation. We mostly just sell different types of tea leaves and dust to the people living around here. The building is a bit old and Nicholson Road is always full of noise and people moving about. We open up the shutters early in the morning because that is when everyone wants their tea. It gets a bit chaotic sometimes with deliveries coming in and customers asking for specific blends. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It's just a practical space where we keep the bags of tea. We spend a lot of our day weighing out portions and chatting with the regulars who stop by. Sometimes the fans don't work right and it gets hot, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in the city. We just want to keep the shop going and make sure the locals have their tea. It’s a simple life here in Machhi Mohalla. People come and go, and we are just here at our spot on Nicholson Road. There isn't much more to say about us, really. We just work here every day and keep the counter open.
