D.T.D.C Courier & Cargo Ltd

D.T.D.C Courier & Cargo Ltd is located at H.No 208 in Vivek Vihar, which is quite close to the D.C. House in Ambala City. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the area. The building is just a standard two-story structure and we use the ground floor for most of our operations. It gets really busy in the afternoons when the local businesses bring in their daily shipments. We have a counter right at the front where people come in to drop off their envelopes and parcels. The floor is usually covered in tape scraps and bubble wrap by the end of the day. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just a calendar and some maps of Haryana. Our team is small, just a handful of us who live nearby and know the local streets like the back of our hands. We spend a lot of time on the phone, tracking down where a particular bag might be or explaining to someone why the rain delayed their delivery. Ambala can get quite wet during the monsoon, and we have to be careful that nothing gets damp. It’s a straightforward life here. We open up early, drink way too much chai, and see that every package that comes through our door ends up in the right hands. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps the town connected and gives us something steady to do every day.
