Chartwel Human Resource Pvt. Ltd is based out of a house at H.No. 85-11/A in New Milap Nagar, Ambala City. It’s a regular residential street in Haryana, so it’s not exactly a corporate hub. We have our office set up inside the building, which gives it a very personal, local feel. When people come by to talk about jobs or hiring, they are basically coming to a home office. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders with resumes and records. It’s a simple operation where we spend most of our time on the phone or responding to emails. Ambala City is a busy place, but New Milap Nagar is a bit quieter, which helps when we need to focus. We don't have a big HR department with fancy software; we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way with spreadsheets and notes. Some days we are really busy with interviews, and other days we are just catching up on paperwork. The people who work here are just regular folks from the area. We like being in a house because it feels more comfortable than a cold office building. We make our own tea, chat about the weather, and try to help people find work. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we’ve been doing it like this for a while now.
