Bharat Decor

Our shop is over in Palledar Mohalla, right in the Cantt area of Ambala. If you’re looking for us, we are right next to Budhiraja Bakery, which usually smells like fresh bread in the mornings. It’s a nice enough place to be located. At Bharat Decor, we mostly deal with things for the home, stuff that makes a room look a bit more finished. We aren’t a huge showroom with bright lights everywhere. Instead, we have shelves filled with different materials and books of samples that people can look through when they have a bit of time. It can get a bit crowded in here when a few families come in at once, but we manage. My staff and I have lived in Ambala for a long time, so we know what kind of weather these houses have to handle. It gets really hot in the summer and then cold in the winter, which matters for the things you put inside. Sometimes the street gets a bit narrow with all the delivery trucks coming through for the bakery and the other shops nearby. We just do our work, talk to the locals who walk in, and try to find what they need. There isn’t much more to it than that. We open up early and stay until the evening rush starts to slow down. It's a simple business run by people who live right here in the community.
