You can find us at number 1267, not too far from the Hargolal Ost off Ambala Cantt. It’s an old part of town, and our building has been here for years. We deal with various instruments, mostly the kind of stuff used for measuring or in labs. It’s a lot of small parts and delicate pieces, so we have to keep the shop floor pretty organized, though my desk might tell a different story. The drawers are all labeled, but sometimes things still end up in the wrong place. We don't have a big neon sign out front, just a simple board that’s faded a bit over time. The street outside can get pretty noisy with all the traffic heading toward the Cantt, but inside it’s usually quiet enough to concentrate. We spend a lot of time looking through magnifying glasses or using small screwdrivers. It’s slow, careful work. Sometimes a customer comes in looking for a part for a machine that was made thirty years ago, and we have to go digging through the back storage to find it. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just answer the phone, talk to the people who walk in, and do our best to find the right tool for the job. It’s a simple life, and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time.
