Adorn Lady Gem & Jewellery

We are located at No. 40 Tagore Garden in Mahesh Nagar. It’s just a small place called Adorn Lady Gem & Jewellery. I’ve been working here for a long time now. The shop isn't anything fancy like those big malls you see these days. It’s just a regular room with some glass cases. We keep various kinds of gems and jewelry inside. Most of our days are spent waiting for people to stop by or fixing pieces that got broken. Sometimes the neighborhood gets a bit noisy with the kids playing outside, but we don't mind much. We have a lot of different stones. Some people come in looking for something specific for a ring, and we try to find the right size for them. We don't have a big team of people. It’s just us here. We handle the cleaning, the sales, and everything else. The walls could use a new coat of paint, maybe next year. We keep a ledger for all the sales we make. It’s a bit old-fashioned but it works. People from around Mahesh Nagar know us well enough. We don't do any big advertisements or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and see who comes in. It’s a quiet life and we like it that way. If you are in Tagore Garden, you can see our sign from the street. It is a simple life for us.
