Jcbl Limited is located right in Ambala City. We don't have a complicated street address to give out, just the city itself is where we operate. Ambala is a major hub, especially with the railways and the big roads passing through, so it makes sense for us to be here. The facility is basically a large workspace designed for utility. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the architecture. It’s a functional environment where the focus is on the daily tasks. The weather in Ambala can be pretty extreme, freezing in the winter and scorching in the summer, so we’ve adapted to that over the years. We have a small group of people who have been with the company for a long time. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s name. We don't use a lot of technical jargon or have long meetings about strategy. We just look at what needs to be done for the day and we go do it. Being in Ambala City means we are close to the markets and the transport links, which helps a lot. It’s a very practical location. There aren't many frills here. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and the main work area. It's a bit noisy sometimes because of the local traffic and the industrial sounds nearby, but you get used to it after a week or two. It’s just how it is.
