Shivam Agencies

Shivam Agencies is located at 60, Mall Road. Most people know the area because it’s a central spot for businesses. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a regular door on a busy road. Inside, it’s usually quite busy with people coming in to check on their orders. We deal with various agencies and distribution work. Mall Road can be a nightmare for parking, so we usually tell people to come early or use the side lanes. The office has a couple of old desks and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for years. It feels more like a family than a company most of the time. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the news while we wait for deliveries to arrive. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there until it comes back on. It’s just how things are here. We don’t have a mission statement or a fancy lobby. We just try to get the agency work done and keep the records straight. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the place. Other days, everyone is shouting and trying to get things loaded onto the trucks. It’s a living.
