Pragati Laboratory Equipment

We are situated at No-2580/29 on Subhash Park Road. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but we like it that way. We mostly deal with equipment for laboratories, so we have a lot of glass and metal tools around the place. You have to be careful walking through the storage area because things can be fragile. We spend our days checking the inventory and packing up orders for schools or research places. It’s not a high-speed environment, but it requires a lot of attention to detail. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our customers just call us up or send a message, and we get their stuff ready. The building is older, and sometimes the lights flicker, but it’s home for us. We’ve got a couple of old desks where we do the billing and the paperwork. It’s just a few of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to loading the van. Subhash Park Road is a familiar place for us now. We know where to get the best tea nearby and which delivery drivers are the most reliable. We don’t try to act like a huge corporation. We just know our equipment and we make sure people get what they asked for without too much fuss. It's steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening every day of the week.
