Nucon Scientific International is tucked away in the Science Market area. Our office is at 4242/56. If you know the Science Market, you know it’s a specific kind of place with a lot of history. It’s crowded and narrow, but it’s where all the action is for scientific equipment. We’ve been part of this market for a long time. The office isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. We deal with various scientific instruments. It’s a lot of technical stuff that requires a bit of patience. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling filled with different items. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what we are looking for, but we know where everything is. The noise from the market outside is constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of people in suits. It’s just us in our regular clothes, working through the orders. We talk to the other shop owners around here and sometimes help each other out. It’s a community. Being at 4242/56 means we are right in the thick of it. We value the relationships we’ve built over the years. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, providing the things people need for their labs and experiments. It’s a living, and we are glad to be doing it here. It’s not fancy but it works for us.
