Kalgidhar Scientific Works

Kalgidhar Scientific Works is situated right near B.D. Senior Secondary School. It’s an interesting spot because we can hear the school bells ringing and the kids shouting during their breaks. It reminds us of the time of day without even looking at a clock. The workshop itself is filled with all sorts of scientific equipment and tools we use for our daily tasks. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, as there’s always some metal shavings or bits of glass around, but it’s where the work happens. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy entrance. Most people who come here already know where we are. We start our day when the school starts and usually wrap up around the time the last bus leaves. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who know how to handle the machinery and the delicate parts we deal with. We don’t go in for much talk; we mostly just focus on the benches and the blueprints. Sometimes we sit outside on the bench when it’s nice out just to get a bit of fresh air. The school neighborhood is a decent place to be, and we’ve become a small part of the local landscape over the years. We aren't looking to change much, just to keep the machines running and the orders moving out the door like they always have. It gets a bit quiet once the students go home for the day.
