Our shop is located at 4363 in the Science Market, which is right next to the Anaj Mandi. If you know the area, you know it’s always crowded with people buying and selling all sorts of things. We focus on surgical and scientific supplies. The shelves are full of things like syringes, lab glassware, and surgical tools. It can look a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to stack things high. Most of the time, the air is thick with the smell of the market outside. We are a small operation, just a few of us handling the counter and the deliveries. We get a lot of local doctors and students coming in who need supplies quickly. We don't do any big advertising. People find us because we’ve been in this market for a long time and we treat them fairly. Sometimes we run out of something and have to scramble to get it from a warehouse, but we always try to help out. The floors are a bit worn down from all the foot traffic, and our desks are cluttered with handwritten invoices. It’s a busy, sometimes chaotic way to spend the day, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We close up once the market starts to quiet down in the evening. It's just honest work for the local medical community.
