A.M.A. Husain & Co.

A.M.A. Husain & Co. is situated at No. 9E, Pooja Vihar. It’s quite near the industrial area, so there is always a lot of activity happening around us. You can hear the trucks rumbling by and the sound of machinery in the distance throughout the day. Pooja Vihar itself is a mix of different types of buildings. Our place at 9E is pretty straightforward. It’s got a heavy metal door and the floors are concrete, which makes it easy to clean but a bit cold in the winter months. We have a few cupboards filled with old ledgers and some newer computers that look a bit out of place on the old wooden tables. The light isn't great in the back of the room, so we have a couple of extra lamps plugged in. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too high and the industrial area gets too loud. There is a lot of dust that comes off the main road, so we spend some time every morning just wiping down the desks. It is a no-nonsense kind of setup here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. A.M.A. Husain & Co. is just a solid place where we get our tasks finished. We know most of the neighbors, and we all just try to get through the work week without too much trouble. It is just a regular office for us.
