You have to go across the Tangri River to find us at 38 Industrial Area. VAISESHIKA ELECTRON DEVICES has been here for a good stretch of time. The river is nice to look at from the bridge, though it can get a bit worrying during the heavy rains in the summer. We make and deal with electron devices, which requires a lot of focus and very steady hands. The workshop is set up with all the benches lined up under the windows for the best light. It’s an older building, so it has some character, like the creaky front door and the walls that need a fresh coat of paint. We don’t mind it much because it’s where we do our best work. There’s a lot of specialized equipment around that we’ve gathered over the years. Some of it is vintage but it still works perfectly for what we need to do. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the devices we put out are solid and do what they should. The team is small, mostly people from the local area who have been with us for a long time. We eat lunch together and talk about the local news or the weather. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us. Getting parts delivered can be tricky because of our location, but we’ve figured it out.
