SRTR Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Ambajogai, MH.

People here usually just call us the government hospital in Ambajogai. It is a pretty big place and it stays busy all day and night. We have the medical college and the hospital both sitting here on the campus in the 431517 area. It’s not a fancy private hospital, just a regular government setup where doctors are training and patients come from all over the district. You will see a lot of white coats walking around because of the students. The hallways are often crowded because so many families come in from the villages. We’ve been part of this community in Maharashtra for quite a while now. Some days are really hectic, especially in the emergency area or when the clinics are full and everyone is waiting. The building itself shows its age in places, with some chipped paint here and there, but the work never stops. We have labs and wards spread out, and it takes a minute to figure out where everything is if you are new to the place. It’s a lot of work keeping a place like this running smoothly every day. Most of us who work here live nearby or right on the grounds in the staff quarters. It is a practical place where people come when they need help or when they want to become doctors. There is always a bit of noise, whether it is an ambulance coming in or people waiting for their appointments in the lobby. It’s just how things go at SRTR.
