R N Fly Ash Bricks is situated on Adas Road in Chanai, which is part of the Beed district. We specialize in fly ash bricks, which is a bit different from the traditional clay ones you see around. The process is interesting, though it can be quite messy. Our yard on Adas Road is always covered in that gray ash. It’s a small team here, mostly just me and a few workers from the nearby area. We started this because there was a lot of fly ash available and it seemed like a practical thing to do. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. Most people find us because they’re looking for something specific. Beed can get very dry, so we have to manage our water usage carefully. I spend a lot of time out in the yard checking the machines. They break down every now and then, and I have to get my hands dirty fixing them. We don’t do any big promotions. If someone needs fly ash bricks, they usually hear about R N through word of mouth. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the sound of the mixers. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s not glamorous, but it’s a living.
