Deep Masale

Deep Masale is based out of Taluka Kaij. We are located right near the main bus stand, just next to the Login Internet Cafe. Being so close to the bus stand means there is a constant flow of people moving back and forth all day. We hear the buses pulling in and out from our front door. The internet cafe next door gets a lot of students, so the street is always lively. We started this spice business because there was a need for it in this part of Kaij. It is just a small room where we store our spices and do the basic packing. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People mostly find us because they are passing by the bus stand or they hear about us from someone else in the village. It gets quite dusty here during the summer months. We spend a lot of time cleaning the shelves and making sure the spice bags are sealed tight so they stay fresh. Sometimes the internet at the cafe next door goes down, and then everyone comes out to chat on the sidewalk. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide the masale that people here use for their daily cooking. It is a simple life and a simple business. We keep our hours regular and try to help out anyone who stops by with questions.
