Om Sai Ram Institute Of Technology And Management is located right on Rewa Road in Maihar. Being in Satna, we are in a spot that a lot of students from the surrounding areas can get to pretty easily. We started this place to give local kids a chance to learn about technology and management without having to go too far from home. The building isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space with classrooms and some computer labs. It gets pretty loud during the lunch breaks when everyone is out in the corridors talking at once. We spend a lot of time dealing with paperwork and trying to make sure the computers are actually working like they should. It is a lot of work running an institute in M.P., especially with all the different things we have to manage every day. We talk to parents a lot, explaining what their children are learning and how the courses work. It is not always easy and some days are definitely longer than others, especially during exam time when everyone is stressed out. We aren't a big corporate chain. We are just a local place where people come to get some skills. We know most of our students by name and their families too. It feels more like a community than a school sometimes. We just keep our heads down and focus on keeping the classes running and the building open for whoever wants to learn.
