Avr Pvt. Ltd. is on the ground floor of the Pandit Complex. This is right at Raj Kamal Chowk, which is a very active area. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in without having to deal with stairs or elevators. The complex itself has been there for years. We have our small space carved out inside. It gets pretty loud at the chowk with all the honking and people shouting, but once you step inside our door, it’s a bit calmer. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people need to sit down and talk. It’s not a large place, but it’s enough for what we do. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to make things look perfect. We just handle the business side of things here. Raj Kamal Chowk is the kind of place where everyone is always in a hurry, so we try to be quick with our work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working at the computers. We like being in the center of things. It feels like we are right in the heart of the town. There is no mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. That’s how we like it. The building is a bit old now, but it serves its purpose for us and our visitors. We just keep our heads down and work.
