Aditi Pharmaceutical

We've been here on Kathora Road in Solapur for a while now. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the sun starts getting hot and the traffic picks up outside. Running a place like Aditi Pharmaceutical isn't really about fancy offices or anything like that. Mostly, it’s just us surrounded by boxes and lists of what needs to go where. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the storage is right because that’s what actually matters at the end of the day. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we do. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery truck gets stuck a few blocks away, but we just deal with it. People around here know where to find us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just trying to keep things moving and get the orders out on time. There is always some paperwork to catch up on or a shelf that needs organizing. It gets a bit dusty with the road right there, but we keep the inside clean and organized. It’s hard work, and my back usually hurts by five o'clock, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a local business. We focus on the daily tasks, making sure the inventory is correct and the locals get what they need without too much fuss. It's a plain life here, but we like it.
