We have been at Nehru Place for quite a while now. Most days you’ll find us at 421, Devika Tower, just sorting through paperwork and keeping track of orders. It gets pretty busy around here with all the traffic and people moving around. Dealing with imports and exports means there is always something going on with shipments. Sometimes things move slow, other times everything happens at once. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth communication that comes with trading. It’s a small office, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. We usually have tea in the afternoon while checking the latest lists. The building is easy to find if you know the area. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s just us catching up on emails. We don't really do big meetings, mostly just quick chats to make sure nothing got missed. Being in this part of Delhi means we are right in the middle of everything. It's a lot of work keeping things organized. People stop by sometimes to ask about what we have coming in next. We try to keep our desks clear but it’s hard with all the files. That’s just how it is here at Vishal Impex. We keep at it, day after day, making sure the goods get where they need to go without too much trouble. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most of our neighbors know us by name now.
