We operate Vadish Medicare Pharmaceutical And Cosmetics from our spot in Neemrana. Specifically, we are in the Jo. Kala area. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole name, so we usually just call it Vadish when we are talking to people. We do both pharmaceuticals and some cosmetic stuff here. It is a mix of different products on the shelves. Working in Neemrana is okay, as it is a bit quieter than the big cities, though it is growing. We put a lot of time into getting the office set up. It is a private limited company, which sounds fancy, but it is really just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We handle a lot of shipments coming in and going out. The weather here can be pretty dry, so we have to keep all the products stored properly. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks at hand. If someone calls, one of us just picks up the phone. There is no automated system or anything. Sometimes we stay late to finish the inventory because it is a lot of manual work. We chose this location because it was available and it fits what we need for now. It is not a shiny new building, but it is ours and we know where everything is kept.
