We're out in Neemrana, at E-3 in the EPIP zone. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city, but it's a good place for a factory. The Wipe Hotwire India Thermal Equipments is quite a long name, but most of us just think of it as the place where we make heating cables and thermal stuff. We’ve been here since the area started developing. The building is pretty standard for the industrial park, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, though, we have some interesting setups for testing how hot things get and making sure the wires are safe. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. Most of us are in work gear because things can get a bit messy or hot on the floor. We produce things that go into underfloor heating or industrial pipes. It’s very specific work. We don't have a big sales team; we mostly just deal with engineers and contractors who know what they're looking for. Sometimes the power goes out in the area and we have to wait for the generators to kick in, which is just part of life here. We eat our lunch together and talk about the news or the local cricket scores. It’s a steady job and we take it seriously, but we don't feel the need to use big corporate words to describe it. We just make thermal equipment and try to do it right every time.
