In Alwar, Rajasthan, our setup is pretty straightforward. We don't have a big fancy office building with a lobby. Instead, we work from our base here to manage different projects across the region. The climate in Rajasthan is tough, so we spend a lot of our time dealing with the heat or the cold, depending on the season. Our daily routine involves a lot of travel to different sites. We are mostly out in our vehicles, checking on how things are moving along. The office itself is just a place to store our files and have quick meetings before heading back out. It’s a mix of people from different places, but we’ve all adapted to the local way of life. We eat at the dhabas along the road and get our work done under the sun. It’s an honest, hard-working environment. There’s a lot of dust and the work can be tiring, but we just keep going. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just discuss what needs to be built and how to get it done on time. It’s a practical operation through and through. You might find us sitting around a simple table with a bunch of site drawings, trying to solve a problem with the equipment. We don't have any flashy signs or marketing materials. We are just a team on the ground in Alwar, making sure the project keeps moving forward every single day.
