Tashe Power (India) Pvt Ltd is based out of the Khushkhera Industrial Area, specifically at F-194. This area is near Bhiwadi, so it is quite a drive if you are coming from the main city. Being in an industrial zone means there are a lot of factories and large buildings all around us. It isn't the most scenic place, with all the trucks and the heat, but it is where the work happens. We have been at this Alwar location for a while now. Our building is pretty standard for the area—functional and solid. Inside, it is all about the power business, with various parts and equipment lying around. It can get pretty noisy during the peak hours when everyone is working, but you get used to the hum of the machinery. We don't have any polished receptionists or fancy lounges. It is just a workplace for people who aren't afraid to get their hands a bit dirty. Most of our time is spent managing the floor and making sure the orders are being filled. The commute out here can be a bit of a grind, but once we are here, we just get on with it. We know the other business owners around F-194, and we all just try to manage our daily operations without too much trouble. It is a no-nonsense kind of environment, and that is exactly how we prefer to run things here.
