You can find us at Hanuman Circle in Alwar. We are in the basement, shop number three. It is a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the stairs going down from the street level. Being in a basement means we don't get much sunlight during the day, but it stays a bit cooler when the Rajasthan sun is beating down on the road above. The name we use is Talvriksh Foods Private Limited. It’s a small space but we make it work for what we need. Upstairs at the circle, it is always loud with traffic and people shouting, but down here it is a bit quieter. We mostly handle food products and keep things organized on the metal shelves. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when a big delivery comes in and we have to move boxes around just to make a path. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. It’s just a regular shop where we do our daily tasks. People stop by because they know where Hanuman Circle is. We spend a lot of time just keeping track of the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It is not a glamorous business. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk while we wait for things to happen. Other days we are running around trying to get everything sorted out before we close up for the night.
