We are out in Neemrana, at Plot Sp 91-A in the New Industrial Complex. It is a pretty large area with a lot of big companies around us. We have been here for several years now. The facility is mostly for production. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, so most of us commute together or live nearby. Inside, it is mostly just rows of machines and some storage space. It stays quite hot in the factory during the summer months. We have a small office section too, but it is nothing fancy. Just some desks and a water cooler. We handle a lot of technical parts here. The work is very repetitive, but it is what pays the bills. Sometimes we have visitors from other branches, and we have to tidy up a bit more than usual. The yard outside is mostly gravel and some parked trucks waiting to load up. We keep a simple schedule, starting early and finishing up before it gets too dark. There isn't much to do nearby, so we usually just head home right after our shift ends. We have a small canteen where we eat our lunch. It is a quiet place compared to the factories in the middle of Delhi. Just steady work in a big industrial zone. There isn't much more to say about it. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
