Superfil Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is located out in the Ricco Industrial Area in a spot called Biwaeri Chamki. Our address is E-35, which is basically a big warehouse and office space combined. Being in an industrial zone means there is always the sound of machinery or trucks nearby. It’s a dusty place, and we usually have to wipe down the desks every single morning before we can start. We don't wear suits here; it’s mostly work clothes and boots because of the nature of engineering work. The office part is partitioned off from the main floor where the actual heavy work happens. It’s not a quiet environment, but you get used to the hum of the fans and the distant clanging. We have a small area where we keep the blueprints and project files. Lunch is usually eaten together at a big wooden table we’ve had for a decade. We get our supplies from the local vendors who know us by name now. It’s a long drive out here for some of us, but this is where the work is. We don't have any decorative plants or art on the walls, just calendars and safety signs. It is a very functional space. Most days are spent checking measurements and talking to the guys on the floor. We just try to get the orders out on time and keep the machines running.
