Sparex Mahila Nidhi Limited

We started Sparex Mahila Nidhi Limited here in Alwar a while back. Our office is over in Daudpur, specifically at Om Prakash’s place. It’s a busy little spot in Alwar, you know how it is with the traffic and people moving around all day. This whole thing is really about the women in our community. We saw how folks around here needed a way to put some money aside without it being a whole big deal with giant banks that don't know your name. Being a Nidhi means we are just people helping people. Most of the ladies who come by are from the neighborhood. We sit, talk about the family, and then get to the business of savings and small loans. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything. It's just a regular room where we keep our books. The weather in Alwar gets so dusty sometimes, we spend half the morning just cleaning the desks. We don't have a giant staff, just a few of us who live nearby. If you walk down the street in Daudpur, you'll find us pretty easily. We try to keep things simple because life is already complicated enough. Folks come in when they have a bit extra to save or when they need a hand with something. It’s how things used to be done and we like it that way. No one is wearing a suit here. Just local people doing local work.
