We are located at No-223 in Lajpat Nagar, Scheme No. 2. It is near Shali Marg, which most people around here know. Our office is tucked away in a quiet part of the scheme. We spend our days talking to people about trips and looking at calendars. It is not a very big office, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of papers scattered around. We have been operating from this spot for several years. People come in when they want to go out and see the wildlife or just take a break from the city. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure the bookings are right. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is a bit more relaxed than the main market areas. We like being near Shali Marg because it is easy for people to reach us without getting stuck in too much traffic. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors while we wait for the next person to come in. It is a straightforward business. We don't use any fancy systems, just a notebook and some patience. Most of the people who book with us are locals or families looking for a weekend outing. We just do our best to get the details right so everyone has a decent time out there. It is just us running things as normally as we can.
