Our place is out in District Alwar, specifically at Sp-810-811 in the Riico Industrial Area. Being in Phase-Ii means we’re surrounded by factories and large warehouses. It’s a bit of a drive to get here from the main town, and the roads can be rough depending on the season. The site itself is quite large. We have the production area and then some small office rooms off to the side. It gets very hot in the summer, and the fans barely do anything, so we just drink a lot of water and keep moving. There is a lot of activity on the floor, with people moving frames and lenses around. It’s not a quiet environment by any means. You can hear the machinery and the sounds of crates being loaded. We have a gatekeeper who knows everyone by sight because we’ve all been here a while. There aren't many places to eat nearby, so most of us bring lunch from home and sit together in the break area. It’s a hardworking atmosphere. We don’t have fancy receptionists or shiny lobbies. It’s all about the production line and making sure the crates are loaded onto the trucks on time. It feels like a real factory setting where the focus is just on the physical work that needs to be done every day.
