We are based out of the Riico Industrial Area, specifically at G-1013-1014 in Phase III. Making cookware is what we do every day. It’s a lot of heat and metal, and the factory floor is always active. We started out small and just kept at it, making pots and pans for kitchens. It isn't a glamorous job, but everyone needs something to cook in. The industrial area can be a bit confusing to navigate if you aren't used to it, but our building is fairly easy to spot once you get into Phase III. We spend most of our time looking at production schedules and making sure the machines are running right. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it, which can be frustrating but that’s just how it goes. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk. We just want to make sure the stuff we send out is solid. Our workers have been with us for a long time, so they know the routine well. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. We don't have a big corporate board or anything; it’s just us making decisions on the fly based on what needs to happen that day. The office is right next to the noisy part, so it’s never quiet here. We just try to keep up with the orders and get things shipped out on time without making too much of a fuss about it.
