PLASTO RUBBER INDUSTRIES (INDIA)

If you head out to the RIICO Industrial Area in Khushkhera, you will find us at H-393. PLASTO RUBBER INDUSTRIES (INDIA) is a pretty straightforward place. We are in the middle of a lot of other factories in Bhiwadi, so the whole area has a very industrial feel to it. Our building is basically a large shed where we keep our rubber and plastic processing machines. It is often dusty and the floor has its fair share of stains, but that is the reality of this kind of work. We don't have a fancy showroom or a place to sit and have coffee with clients. We usually just talk out on the floor or near the main gate. The heat in the summer can be really intense out here, but we just keep the big fans blowing and stay hydrated. Most of the guys working here are from the nearby villages or have moved to Bhiwadi for work. We have a very casual way of doing things, and we don't bother with a lot of formalities. We have our daily targets and we just focus on hitting them. Sometimes the raw material delivery is late and we have to scramble to catch up, but that is just how it goes. We are just a local industry doing what we know how to do. There aren't any big speeches or polish here, just people working with their hands and keeping the machines running until the shift ends.
