Our plant is located on the Bhiwadi-Alwar Road, about 7-8 kilometers down the way. We’re in a place called Khijuriawas in the Alwar district. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the big cities like Delhi, but that gives us more space to work. Pibu Ink is mostly about industrial production and getting the batches right. It’s a long drive out here, and the surroundings are quite rural once you get off the main highway. The office is right next to the production area, so there’s always the sound of drums being moved and trucks pulling in to load up. We don't have many visitors out here, so we don't worry too much about having a fancy lobby or nice furniture. We just focus on the ink and the orders. The staff mostly comes from the nearby towns and villages. It can be a bit quiet in the evenings when the shift ends, but during the day, we are quite busy. We deal with a lot of heavy containers and chemical supplies that come in by the truckload. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't use much marketing speak because we don't really need to. Our clients know where we are and what we do. It’s just honest work in a part of Rajasthan that’s grown quite a bit recently. We just keep our heads down and get the work done every day.
