You can find us at Shop No 220 in the Wonder Mall here in Alwar. We are situated right behind Company Bagh Road. It is a decent location, though the mall can get quite loud on the weekends when everyone is out. We do both the event planning and the cooking side of things. That means our days are usually split between looking at floor drawings and checking on the kitchen. We started this whole thing because we liked being involved in the local celebrations. We are not a massive chain or anything like that. We are just local people from Alwar. Most of our kitchen staff has been working with us for many years now. We spend a lot of time getting ingredients from the vegetable markets nearby. The logistics can be a real headache, especially when we have two different events on the same day. We just find a way to make it work. Sometimes we are short-handed and I have to go out and serve the food myself. It is not a very glamorous job. There is a lot of washing up and cleaning that happens after everyone else has gone home. We do not make big promises that we cannot actually keep. We just tell people what we are able to do and then we get it done. We have seen many changes on Company Bagh Road over the years. We just keep doing our thing every day.
