We are located at G-171 172 in Phase 2. It’s a decent-sized space for the work we do. We handle a lot of different products here every day. The warehouse part gets a bit dusty, but we try to keep the stock moving so nothing sits for too long. Dealing with pet-related items means we get a lot of interesting questions from folks who come by. Our team is small, mostly people from the local neighborhood who have been with us for years. We start the day by checking the inventory and seeing what needs to go out. If the delivery trucks are late, it throws the whole morning off, but we manage to get it done. The building is a bit older, so we are always painting something or fixing a small leak in the roof. It’s not a showroom; it’s where the actual heavy lifting happens. We have boxes stacked up everywhere. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other days it’s dead quiet. We like the quiet days because we can actually catch up on the cleaning and organizing. We don’t do much advertising at all. Word of mouth seems to work well enough for us in this industry. Everyone knows where we are in Phase 2. We keep things simple here. No fancy uniforms or big corporate meetings. Just us in our work clothes making sure the orders are packed right.
