Out in Neem Rana, specifically at E-198 in the Epip zone, you will find Meta Industries Ltd. Alwar can be a tough place to work because of the heat in Rajasthan, but we have a solid setup here. We’ve been in this spot for a number of years now. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is a different story with all the production going on. We have a lot of space for our equipment and the materials we use. It’s a busy environment most of the time. We have workers who come from the surrounding villages and some who live closer to the city. We all just get on with it. The roads around here have improved lately, which helps with getting our supplies in and out. We aren't some big city firm with shiny glass walls. Our walls are concrete and our floors are hard. It’s a practical place built for practical work. We spend our days making sure the production lines are moving and the quality is okay. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them on the fly, but that is just how it is in a factory. We don't have a big marketing department. We just focus on the manufacturing side of things. It's honest work and it's what we know how to do best here in Alwar. We just keep producing every day.
