Out here at Nccl in Ashiana Gardens, things are a bit quieter than being right in the middle of town. We are situated along the Bhiwadi-Alwar bypass, specifically near Post Khizoorivaas. It’s a good spot if you need to get moving on the road quickly, though the dust from the bypass can be a lot during the dry months. Our office is at C-026, and it’s basically where all our paperwork happens. Alwar district has its own way of doing things, and we’ve fit in pretty well over the time we’ve been here. It’s not like those big city offices with glass walls and stuff. We have our desks, our files, and a few fans to keep the air moving when it gets hot outside. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a plus. We just focus on the jobs we have in front of us. If you’re coming from the main road, you just have to look for the Ashiana Gardens entrance and head toward our block. It's a simple, honest place to work. We don't spend much time worrying about looking polished or anything like that. We just want to make sure the day's work gets finished and things are sorted before we head home. It feels like a small community here, and that suits us just fine. We like being based in this part of Rajasthan and getting the work done.
